Steven C. Davidson, C.F.A. has over 25 years of leadership and management experience in investment research, capital market transactions and policy development, primarily in the financial services industry and related businesses. He is investment management head of the U.S. Department of Treasury’s community bank portfolio and has advised on Community Development Financial Institutions bond
issuance. At Treasury, Mr. Davidson has also served as adviser on West Africa for the International Affairs
Prior to Treasury, Steven ran a consulting firm whose clients included the World Bank, investment firms, bond dealers and commercial real estate. Davidson has held the position of Managing Director, Research, for a global financial markets trade group with offices in New York, Washington, London and Hong Kong and investment banker. Steve is currently President of the Washington Association of Money Managers,
having served on boards of other nonprofits. He has degrees from Knox College and Georgetown University and holds a Chartered Financial analyst designation.
